Why do we need some data about you and what are they for?

MyDoctor 237 is a service that allows you to find a Health Professional and make an appointment online with one of them. The Publisher collects data directly from you on the Site and the Application by means of a collection form, when you register and when you make an appointment. These data are necessary to organize the connection between the User and a Healthcare Professional, to allow the latter to receive you in the best conditions and constitute necessary elements for his medical diagnosis. In addition, some of your personal data is processed by My Doctor to allow you to manage your appointments, to remind you, to modify or cancel them. Thus, in order to access the Service, you must open a 'Personal Account' when confirming your request for an appointment. The creation of the account is subject to the choice of a User Name and a Password (hereinafter the 'Identifiers').
The data collected when opening an account and making an appointment are only used for the following purposes:

  • Transmit to the Health Professional you have chosen, the information needed to organize and prepare your appointment with you
  • Allow you to manage all of your appointments at any time via a secure Personal Account
  • Send you administrative emails, for example to notify you of the confirmation of an appointment, its modification or cancellation, and to remind you of the appointments you have scheduled
  • Remember your appointments
  • Process requests received by Customer Service
  • Conduct internal analysis and research to improve our Site and Service

What kind of information do we collect?

As part of the implementation of the Service, you will be asked to enter personal data about you, through a collection form. This form will specify if certain data must be provided or if they are optional and if necessary, the consequences of the failure to provide mandatory data.
Among the personal data of the User that the Company collects from him may appear:

All Personal Data concerning Users and/or their Relatives are collected by Mondocteur237 when creating their User Accounts or via forms or other documents that they complete when using the Services or by doctors when making an appointment online and more generally as part of the Patient's follow-up.
As part of the proper functioning and quality improvement of our service, Mondocteur237 may automatically collect Personal Data when the use of the Services and navigation on the Platform. When using the Platform, the User or Visitor may be required to communicate to Mondocteur237 certain Personal Data necessary for the provision of Mondocteur237 Services. If the User does not wish to communicate this information, or opposes their use by Mydoctor237, it may not be able to access certain parts of the Platform or Services.

For how long are Personal Data kept?

Until termination of the User Account including the User's request for deletion.

Management of appointment history in the User Account

For each user, we collect the Surname, First name of the Patient, the history of appointments including: the reason for the appointment with the doctor, the date, the place of the appointment, the status of the appointment (past, cancelled, confirmed), the details and documents associated with the appointment.

Management by Users of Documents established by the doctor

The documents established by a doctor for his patient are stored in our database and available for the patient in the section “My Documents”.
We keep this data Until the User deletes the Document or terminates his User Account. After deletion or termination of the User Account, Mondocteur237 keeps the Documents attached to the User Account in an archive for a period of two weeks from the date of the request for deletion or termination of the User Account. After this period, the Documents are permanently deleted.


We take the necessary steps to protect your personal information. These include setting up processes and procedures to minimize unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information and their hosting on secure servers. However, we can not guarantee the total elimination of the risk of misuse of your personal information by intruders. Protect passwords from your accounts and do not share them with anyone.
